An Air Force veteran, devoted husband, father of three, and grandfather of eight, Marcus leads HCPR’s operations with unwavering integrity, accountability, and a servant’s heart. He works closely with homeowners, suppliers, subcontractors, and field leaders to ensure every project meets HCPR’s high standards for quality, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. Known for leading by example, Marcus is never afraid to do whatever it takes to support his team and ensure every customer receives the exceptional service and professionalism HCPR is known for.

Tommy Moseley is the Vice President of Sales at Hill Country Premier Roofing. With decades of leadership, customer service, and sales experience, Tommy is passionate about helping homeowners protect one of their most valuable investments. Shanna works closely with subcontractors, schedules crews, and ensures projects move forward efficiently. Known for her firm but fair leadership, attention to detail, and genuine care for others, she values strong relationships with HCPR’s trade partners and believes they should always feel appreciated. Darryl Bullay
Darryl Bullay is the Project Manager at Hill Country Premier Roofing and oversees approximately 90% of all roof installations. Unlike many project managers who oversee jobs from a distance, Darryl is on-site daily to monitor quality, coordinate crews, answer homeowner questions, and ensure every project meets HCPR’s high standards. With a strong construction background, he is known for being detail-oriented, customer-focused, and tough but fair. Darryl is committed to quality workmanship and doing the job right the first time.

Hailea Whan is the Operations Coordinator at Hill Country Premier Roofing. She plays a vital role in keeping projects organized and customers informed from start to finish. Hailea coordinates scheduling, permits, customer communication, invoicing, and daily office operations while continually improving HCPR’s internal processes to better serve our customers and team. Chelsea Moseley is the Sales Support Specialist at Hill Country Premier Roofing. A devoted wife and mother of two boys, Chelsea spent more than six years serving families at St. Peter’s Episcopal School in Kerrville before bringing her passion for serving others to HCPR full-time. Today, she provides vital support to HCPR’s sales team by assisting with scheduling, coordination, and the day-to-day responsibilities that help keep projects moving efficiently. Known for her compassionate nature, organization, and genuine desire to serve others, Chelsea is committed to supporting her team with excellence every step of the way.
Senior Customer Connect Specialist
Andrew Lucas
Drew Lucas is the Senior Customer Connect Specialist at Hill Country Premier Roofing. A former NCAA Division I baseball player at Arizona State University and the University of Texas at Arlington, Drew brings discipline, teamwork, and a strong work ethic to every customer he serves. He specializes in lead generation, roof inspections, customer education, reviewing project agreements, and guiding homeowners through every step of the roofing process. Drew is committed to building trust through honest communication and helping every homeowner make informed decisions with confidence.
Customer Connect Specialist
Liberty Bomer
Liberty Bomer is a Customer Connect Specialist at Hill Country Premier Roofing. Before joining HCPR, he spent four years in commercial plumbing while also completing residential side projects, gaining valuable hands-on construction experience. Liberty specializes in lead generation, roof inspections, documenting roof conditions with detailed photographs, and helping homeowners understand what to expect throughout the roofing and insurance restoration process. Known for his strong character, coachable attitude, and respectful nature, Liberty is committed to treating every homeowner with honesty, professionalism, and genuine care from the very first conversation.
Metal Roof Specialist
Nolan McLaughlin
Nolan is one of the Metal Roof Specialist at Hill Country Premier Roofing. He specializes in inspecting metal roofing systems, documenting roof conditions with detailed photographs, and helping homeowners clearly understand the condition of their roof. Nolan performs thorough inspections, identifies areas of concern, and explains his findings so customers understand the roofing process and can make informed decisions. In addition to serving HCPR, Nolan is the full-time pastor of Motion Church in Helotes, Texas. His commitment to integrity, servant leadership, and caring for others is reflected in the professionalism, respect, and attention he brings to every customer interaction.
